Warnings/Detection systems

With a warning and detection system you reduce the risk of accidents between people and vehicles and between vehicles. This creates a safer working environment.

We can offer you the following options:
The systems warn pedestrians and drivers of each other's presence. However, they work in a different way. PROXY works with tags and a transmitter that communicate through radio waves where LWS and TVES works through motion sensors to detect. Depending on your needs, we come up with a solution together.
TVES
TVES: Transport Vehicle Entrance Security.
An entry warning system with light tower used to indicate presence in gangs. By means of light locks , the number of forklift trucks driving in and out of the aisle is counted. No presence: green light, 1 forklift in the hallway: orange light, 2 forklifts: red light.
This solution can also be used in corridors with 2 entrances! The lightgates on each entrance communicate wirelessly with the control box, however there is no interference between adjacent corridors.
It is a compact system that is easy to assemble.
LED Warning Signs
Our LWS (Led Warning Signs) system works with interactive wireless LED warning signs to make pedestrians and forklifts aware of each other's presence. The interactive signs are activated by motion sensors when a pedestrian is nearby. Detection is possible from 4m. The system should not be placed on the machines. In addition, the LWS system(If necessary)differentiate between large and small objects.

Below are several examples of the different detection capabilities of LWS.
Wireless motion sensor

When a pedestrian walks past the motion sensor, it activates the warning signs, alerting the driver to the approaching pedestrian(s).

The system can also be reversed to detect the lift truck and then warn pedestrians of its presence.
Kinetic door detector

A person provides the energy to make electricity. This happens when he opens the door. This generates the energy to activate the warning signs.

Here too, opening the gate supplies the energy to activate the warning signs. For example, the driver is warned when a pedestrian wants to cross.
With our presence sensor you can warn drivers when they approach a low ceiling or passageway. This can be done with or without an auditory signal.

The PROXY technology works with a system (which you can place on a vehicle or somewhere in your warehouse) and tags. If the tag is near the system, it causes one or more actions. These can be visual as well as auditory.
When the system is mounted on the vehicle and it approaches a tag, we can perform an action on the forklift such as a flashing light, horn, etc. This ensures that at busy intersections, for example_cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_in your warehouse, the pedestrians know when a forklift is on its way.

In addition, there is also the possibility to mount the system somewhere and place the tags on the vehicles and/or pedestrians. When a forklift approaches an area with pedestrians or other activity, it recognizes system places the tag on the forklift truck and can, for example, set off a flashing light and/or sound signal to warn surrounding people.
PROXY
LOPOS Alert Collision warning

The Lopos Alert Collision warning system warns when an object is too close by measuring the distance between the beacon on the forklift and the wearable. The detection system can be used between forklifts and pedestrians, forklifts and forklifts, and forklifts and other equipment in your warehouse. Different types of warnings can be given for different distances (sound, light,...) and for both the beacon and the wearable.

The range is increased according to the speed of the machine and only relevant warnings are given. A pedestrian walking behind a moving machine will not be detected. In addition, this solution also allows us to adjust the speed of the machine in certain zones as an action on a detection.
